旅行社免責契約? - 自助旅行

即將去越南的旅程中，有3天訂了當地旅行社的行程，並已付款。
付款後旅行社寄來了免責聲明書(Waiver Form)，要求每個人都要簽名，
看起來是要我們放棄旅程中發生意外後，對當地旅行社的法律追訴權。
這種文件似乎很常見(大家在泛舟或飛行傘時好像也會呆呆簽了)，
但要簽下去總覺得有點怪怪的，不知道板上各位大大的看法如何?

The undersigned acknowledges that they understand there are inherent
risks associated with 'adventure travel' such as biking, trekking
and kayaking. In consideration of HANDSPAN TRAVEL INDOCHINA Co.JSC.
accepting the application of the undersigned for participation in
the program booked, the undersigned hereby releases and forever
discharges HANDSPAN TRAVEL INDOCHINA Co.JSC, it's directors,
officers, agents, servants and employees and it's or their successors,
heirs and all actions, causes of actions and claims of every
nature or kind whatsoever, however caused, arising out of or in any
way connected with the participation of the undersigned in the
program booked.

當地旅行社是HANDSPAN，網路評價看來還不錯。

我們的訂的行程裡面只有Kayaking、speedboat之類的，
其實並不是太危險。
