很久以前
某位朋友吃了炸牛排後驚為天人
大力推荐我一定要去吃
但當時著迷吃和牛燒肉跟壽喜燒
就把這件事給忘了
此次剛好在下午時
經過淺草的分店想起這件事
就下樓去看看了
下午四點時
大約等了十分鐘就入座
等候期間店員會來點餐
這天點了沒有山藥泥的炸牛排定食
炸牛排定食(130g)-1300日幣
坐下後餐點飛快就送來
整份定食比我想像中多非常多
白飯還可以免費續加
日幣只要1300真的很佛!
炸的酥脆的牛排表面金黃誘人
這個柔若無骨的切面更不得了
大約三分熟的熟度
外皮炸的香酥
但牛肉卻是軟嫩到不可思議
帶著淡淡的甜味
怎麼可以這麼好吃
稍微在石板上加熱
大約五分熟後更添了分柔韌
為什麼來了東京第四次才來吃這個
邊吃邊懺悔
沾醬有胡麻、醬油及芥末
白飯煮的軟硬適中
整份定食好難挑出缺點啊
可無限暢飲的冰麥茶
非常甘口好喝
配上炸牛排真的是絕配
用完餐後
完全能懂牛かつ為何總是大排長龍
這個價位能吃到這麼好吃的牛肉
真的是太感人了(想起三嶋亭兩片肉的壽喜燒套餐要日幣9750)
吃完隔天馬上又去造訪新橋的牛かつ
是下次去東京還會想再吃的店!
