行前訓練: 最近一年每個周末雲嘉七連峰從樟腦寮到大尖,加上從二尖下到
華山再爬回大尖,大約25KM,爬升2300m,花費時間約5.5H。周間也
會跑步跟騎單車維持心肺能力。
心得:這段路去年走過三天,念念不忘沿途美景,因為沒有時間走多日,就跟朋友
計畫一日完成,在之前有走一日東埔-玉山-塔塔加,但因為接駁麻煩,就跟
朋友興起走來回,也在不久之前完成,但提醒這路程非常遙遠,平時沒有長
距離經驗的,不建議排一天,這紀錄可以給有在野跑的人參考,我目前PI約
500左右,你可以從你的PI換算你可能需要的時間。
