想請問open table上要求信用卡預定餐廳

It is the restaurant's policy that In the event that the booking is not
honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48
hours notice it will be at the discretion of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to
charge ￡100.00 per person for lunch or ￡150.00 per person for dinner to
your card.

這裡面提到的意思是說

如果在距離預定時間48小時內取消預定將會酌收午餐100英鎊 晚餐150英鎊

如果在距離預定時間48小時之前取消則不會收取費用

這樣對嗎?
