請問重心要怎麼調整 - 健行

最近爬山的時候,如果是上坡就還好,
但是回程下坡的話走久了腳根(腳底板)都很痛,
大約是連續下坡約1.5hr的路程,走到後面全身就腳根在痛,
我有試著把背包重量盡量維持在腰上,
想說讓身體重心不會太偏後面,不過效果不大...
請問有沒有減輕症狀的方法呀???感謝
p.s.下北插三岔到滿月圓這段特別嚴重,背包約5kg而已
