請教yado web訂房事宜 - 京都

大家好！計劃去京都玩時體驗一下日式旅館，選了Ohanabo，在旅館官網選英文訂房，連
結到yado web，送出訂房要求後收到回應要給信用卡號才算確認訂房，email節錄如下：

*Procedure for your reservation:
At this point, your reservation is not confirmed yet.
Ohanabo does not hold your room until your definite confirmation with credit c
ard information.
I would appreciate for receiving your confirmation as soon as possible.

In order to secure booking for accommodation, please let us know

your credit card type is VISA or MASTER or DINERS or AMEX?

and expired date :

by facsimile or send email

*You can also send 3 email to spilit your number.
On your first email with 8 digit number and the other email with 8 digit numbe
r.
the last email with Cardholders name and expired date.

*Cancel policy is follows;
100% one nights penalty : NO SHOW.
100% one nights penalty : Cancelled on the day.
80% : cancelled 1 day before you will check in
50% : cancelled 2-3 days before you will check in
