跑步機訓練及訓練菜單安排 - 健行

今年開始爬入門百岳
發現自己體能爛到爆炸
爬山非常的喘,常需要停下來休息
最近陰雨綿綿,開始在跑步機練跑
目前一週跑約3-4天
每次速度9.5km/hr、坡度1.5、45分鐘,約7公里
有空一天會跑2次(早晚各一次)
想請教如果以多日縱走為目標
接下來要增加坡度、速度還是跑步時間?
另外請教,能不能放棄重訓,全力拚心肺?
目前重訓日的菜單:
全蹲深蹲45kg,蹲7-8組,共100下
弓步走路負重10公斤,共100下
自體重量伏地挺身/引體向上,共100/50下
訓練為重訓有氧交替,一週練5-6天
已爬文但還有很多不太清楚怎麼安排菜單
還請前輩給予建議
