說食記有點怪,因為買了還沒吃
說到日本河豚大家多少有點憧憬那晶瑩剔透的薄片與劇毒的刺激感。
但是普遍認知中有著劇毒的河豚卵巢要怎可能吃下肚子?
金澤一帶的特殊加工讓它成真了,用酒粕長時間鹽漬,分解了河豚毒素,讓它成了特殊食材
這次在jr金澤站內的百番特產街購入,大概有兩三家有販賣。
大概1500日圓上下,應該要低溫保存,但想想製作時也是常溫,回程途中的溫度變化應該還好
預計過年期間試吃
