關於在瑞士訂旅館房間 - 瑞士

各位先進大家好~! 小弟我沒有許多網路訂房的經驗，想請問大家一些訂房的問題。


我日前在hostelbookers定了瑞士許多不同地點的旅館，且其他家旅館我都已經

寄過E-mail與他們確認了預約訂房是否成功，他們都告知我沒有問題。

而唯一只有一家琉森(Luzern)的Hotel Baslertor，後來寄了E-mail告知我有一些問題


信的內容如下:

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot confirm the reservation because
something with your credit card is not correct.

To confirm and guarantee the reservation please send us a correct number of
your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) together with the exp. date.

但事實上我詢問了信用卡公司後，信用卡公司給我的訊息是我已經付了一筆錢

(金額為總價的10%，這是hostelbookers一向的規矩，到了當地再付剩下的balance)

除此之外，信用卡公司還告訴我我的卡有幾次未成功的刷卡紀錄來自這家旅館，

(金額約為餘額，也就是剩下的90%)後來旅館回我信也說這筆錢是給hostelbookers網站的

，但他還是要我的信用卡號碼才能做預約的動作。

以下是他的回信:
As we wrote you, we would need your Creditcard for a reservation, we will NOT
charge anything! But for our own guarantee we need your card to make this
reservation... You have NOT to pay anything in advance!

We still inform you, that we are NOT HOLDING any reservation for you now. To
confirm and guarantee the reservation kindly send us a correct number of your
credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) together with the exp. date.

請問大家有碰過這樣的事情嗎? 雖然說他是沒有叫我給他我的認證碼(CVV or CVC)

但感覺還是有點怕怕的，請問我該給他我的資料嗎?
