我看過有人放肉乾當肉食用
通常肉類可以選用沒有冰過的醃漬或煙燻肉品
因為醃漬和煙燻本身就是一種防腐的方法
學長有教一個很神的方法
方法一:
準備一個小紙箱、一捲膠帶、一隻烤熟的雞、乾冰少許
把紙箱的所有接縫都用膠帶封死,放入烤雞和乾冰(化學儀器或器材行可以詢問到)
最後再把箱口封死,記得所有的縫隙都要用膠帶封起來
然後就會在七天縱走隊的第四天看到烤全雞
方法二:
準備一個保溫瓶
到自助餐店買紅燒獅子頭,記得不要裝湯汁
獅子頭塞進保溫瓶裡,丟入冷凍庫
隔天用報紙把保溫瓶包一包、上山
一餐倒一顆獅子頭,餐餐都有肉
