心得:
這是阿部壽司一訪,是日本"好朋友"帶我去的,
六本木附近有許多外商,自然也有很多外國人,所以店家有英文menu
因為"好朋友"就是日本人,而且經常光顧,
所以我們這次臨時吃晚餐,是直接坐在台前,跟師傅直接點壽司
十貫壽司 (中鮪魚&海膽壽司我吃兩份) + 生菜(沒拍照),總共11道,
(壽司當然是一人一份),金額約 7,000日幣
覺得~超便宜啊!
在台北吃這樣等級,大概一人就要台幣5000左右了
最值得的,就是 Uni 海膽
後來好幾次出差的晚餐,我也有自己跑來吃這家,真的CP質很高
廢話不多說,照片馬上分享...
第一道:海膽 (生の殻付きウニ)
沒有經過其他調味,只有放上現磨的芥末wasabi,
我有加一滴的醬油,整個海膽的香氣配著wasabi,在舌尖開始香味散發出來

第二道:甜蝦
因為喜歡吃海膽跟蝦,所以特別一開始就對師傅說:
うにとエビ、お願いします。(uni to ebi, o-ne-ga-i-shi-ma-su.)
意思:請(給我) 海膽 & 蝦子!!
甜蝦鮮甜,帶有點QQ口感,非常新鮮!

第六道:鮪魚壽司 (トロ)
後面還有多點了一個中鮪魚,比較多油脂的
因為好朋友知道我討厭太油的肉,所以先點這款來吃

這個的油脂洽到剛剛好,入口即化(我討厭很肥很油的肉,偏偏這款不會)
