年底和朋友和他的家人想報名玉山的商業團,
最近除了練體力之外就是在做一些行前的準備。
但我們都沒爬過高山,
朋友的弟弟有海洋性貧血帶因的體質 ,輕型但
當年也因血紅素10.x免疫,平常有輕微貧血情況。
問了旅行社,他說沒有高血壓心臟病表列疾病就ok,感覺他不是很懂我在問什麼。
我知道醫療問題應該詢問醫師,只是想請教各位
有沒有類似的經驗? 雖然說10.多對男生是比較低,但都比女生正常值來的高,可是也有
很多女生的山友能在高山上享受爬山樂趣,應該不是單獨看血紅素能夠預測高山症發生的
可能是嗎?
有沒有什麼方法是我們行前可以先測試或是鍛鍊,以預防發生的可能呢?
另外就是萬一真的擔心在旅途中發生高山症,是不是不報名商業團會比較好呢?(想避免
因我們的緣故太多團友要因此下撤怕過意不去)
那如果要三個人一起出發的新手,能做什麼樣的準備以盡可能增加成功機率嗎?(例如把
三天行程拉長成五天,先在山上觀察高海拔適應情況可行嗎?)
