不知道為什麼好多個Blogger或新聞都寫退稅物品要隨身攜帶

繁體版上面寫著：

3 從日本出境時如未「隨身攜帶」所購買的免稅物品,將被徵收相當於購買該物品時所免除的消費稅額(包括地方消費稅在內)。

但是 同樣的文件上，簡體版卻是寫：

3如果从本国离境时没有「携带」已购买的免税商品,将会被征收税费,其金额相当于已购买商品所免除的消费税额(包括地方消费税)。

英文版上也寫：

If you are not 「in possession」 of item(s) purchased tax free, that are listed on the “Record of Purchase Card”, at the time of departure from Japan, an amount equivalent to the consumption tax amount (including local consumption tax) that was exempted at the time of purchase will be collected before your departure from Japan.

由簡體版跟英文版都只能看出他是要退稅者離境時「一併帶出境」
並沒有要你放在隨身行李的意思，
因此個人猜測是翻譯翻的不好，
然後新聞嘛，你知道的......
